Winter Fox

It's been a while since I painted foxes so this is what I did over the Bank Holiday weekend.I'm very proud of this one, it's fluffy and mischievous looking!

I struggled to get the nose right but got there in the end. I added some purple magical looking snow flakes with blue highlights in the fur to offset that gorgeous neon orange I am fascinated by foxes, I find them so gorgeous - although I'm less of a fan when they tear my bins apart and poop on my doorstep (a common occurrence in London)!

Still the London foxes especially are so resilient and manage to thrive in the streets and backyard of the city, which I find incredible. So here is a slightly healthier looking fox than the London ones. I've given it a lush winter coat for the cold wether and the orange is a reminder that Autumn is here (my favourite season!)
